What We Do
Optimized Distribution sells fine paper and paperboard through Sequoia Paper Company. Learn more about our paper offerings at www.sequoiapapercompany.com. We operate as a traditional distributor (paper merchant) where we buy paper, store it in a warehouse, and sell to commercial printers, folding carton companies, and corrugated box companies. We also operate in a low-cost supply chain as a broker where we buy from paper mills or converters and drop-ship directly to customers.

Where the additional mark up of a traditional distributor or broker model is not feasible, we offer mill agency services where we help market paper products in a specific region and facilitate a direct sale to the printer or converter in exchange for a commission on the sale.
We also offer management, sourcing, and sales consulting services to paper mills, industrial distribution companies, and manufacturers. In that role, we assist in sales analysis, sales management consultation, marketing consultation, and the preparation of requests for proposals on all types of consumables supplies to help optimize your supply chain.
